Supporting the educators shaping tomorrow.
Empowering Educators
is a professional development initiative for independent and private school teachers, bridging neuroscience, education, and psychology to enhance learning outcomes.
Our Mission
Supporting schools through innovative, research-informed professional development that empowers educators and promotes meaningful academic, social, and emotional growth. We bridge the gap between cognitive science and classroom practice to empower educators to master their craft, fostering more effective and sustainable learning environments for all school communities.
Program Structure
The program includes four core trainings paired with ongoing “office hours” between sessions, allowing educators time for collaboration, troubleshooting, refinement, and real-world application. In total, educators receive eight touch-points throughout the year to encourage consistency, accountability, and continued growth.
Year Two
Building upon foundational classroom systems, Year 2 provides educators with deeper insight into student development, neurodivergence, emotional well-being, and targeted support strategies. This phase focuses on recognizing developmental red flags, understanding learning and processing challenges, supporting students with ADHD and similar needs, fostering resilience, and strengthening professional boundaries to support both educator effectiveness and well-being.
Year One
A comprehensive introduction to proactive classroom systems, student regulation, and social-emotional functioning. This phase equips educators with research-informed strategies to strengthen behavior management, support emotional and sensory regulation, and cultivate respectful, psychologically safe classroom communities.
